Shamanism For The Modern World
Presenter: Dr. Jared McCollum

Shamanism has always been a way for our ancestors to interpret, interact with, and understand the world around them. Shamanism remains a powerful and transformative practice, but perhaps it’s time to modernize it somewhat and begin to interpret our universe based on our current understanding of reality and modern complexities. With fresh inner eyes and building on our current knowledge of the universe, shamanism can be a gateway to take humanity into the future with a modern interpretation of life and our purpose. It is a beautiful and powerful practice that can help anyone feel connected to the universal consciousness and find clarity and peace. In these sensitive times, with concerns about cultural appropriation, it is important to honor the origins of Shamanism and be considerate and mindful of indigenous culture and traditions. By reimagining Shamanism in a modern way, perhaps it can be more accessible to those who could benefit from its connecting teachings and rituals, and all those who resonate with Shamanism can feel comfortable in practicing. In this class, Dr. McCollum will lay out the foundational elements of Shamanism and guide you through a framework to create your unique Shamanic practice.

The suggestive nature of Burlesque is not only powerful and primal but adds another level of embodiment and agency to your movement repertoire. Burlesque can be artistic, scrumptious, and vivacious. It has no rules on how one expresses it, but it yearns to be connected with. This workshop will give you a sensual and intrinsic vocabulary of moves that will be taught to a soundtrack of deep and salacious music, culminating in a luscious choreography. Guests will be encouraged to explore and get curious about how sensuality is represented for themselves through the lens of unbridled ostentatiousness.

Restore Your Frequency
Presenter: Lisa & Todd Moroz

Come surrender to the quiet and stillness of the body and the mind. Yoga Nidra is often referred to as yogic sleep; the body and the mind are primed for deep rest through intention setting (sankalpa), meditation, and relaxing all parts of the body. Traveling through brain states and energy layers, you will explore a power which can be accessed when it's in the receptive hypnogogic state of alpha brain. This practice activates a physical and mental release of emotional tension, slows down the nervous system and allows the muscles to relax, helping the body rest, heal, and change limiting beliefs. We then allow the sound vibrations of the crystal sound bowls, chimes and hand drum to wash over us, restoring our frequency on a cellular level.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal and pen.

We worry about work, our families, our social lives, and more all while hearing about the concepts of presence, self care, and stillness. It can feel impossible to settle into the quiet alignment that our soul desperately craves. In this hour and a half long class you will be guided through intention setting, a powerful meditation giving you permission to be in full presence, journal prompts, gentle yoga movements, and chakra alignment to settle you deeper into the comfort of your mind and body. You will leave feeling nourished and at peace as you enter back into your day to day life.

Medium- Feel The Energy
Presenters: Charlotte Lomenda
Everything is energy. Our thoughts, the vibration we hold, the earth we touch, hear, feel, sense and smell, we are all connected and that includes the energy of our loved ones on the other side. As a medium, I place my energy between both worlds and deliver evidence that is relative for you and your loved one from when they were physically here. They show me specific details, tell me with their voice things they need you to hear, share stories from the past, and feelings they felt when you were together. They give me the information that they need you to receive, so that you can be at peace knowing that they are at peace.
Details of what you might be experiencing presently in your world tend to come through as well. Above all else, the time we are all together is one that is intended to be joyful and fun with possible tears of relief and/or healing.

The alchemy crystal bowls hold the key to vibrational healing, their high-frequency sound waves washing over you, cleansing and revitalizing your energy. As you lay upon your meditation cushion or yoga mat, wrapped in a cozy blanket, let the symphony of sound transport you. The alchemy bowls, each with their unique essence, orchestrate a dance of harmony within you, guiding you toward alignment with your truest self. In this sonic embrace, tensions release, unwanted energies transmute, and your journey beyond – a transformative experience that leaves you refreshed and in tune with the universe.

A Journey Through Emotions
Presenter: Amanda Blaire

Emotions are often suppressed or ignored as society tells us that expression isn't always appropriate. In this class you will be held in a safe space as we journey into a meditative state through some of the more painful emotions that we tend to carry. We will walk through moments of sadness, anger, and shame together as we allow ourselves to fully feel what we need to, in whatever capacity that may look like, and allow ourselves the opportunity to process. As you journey through your emotions you will feel lighter, refreshed, and supported so that you can move forward without carrying dis-ease in your heart, body, and soul.

Creating New Realities

When a client is in a state of hypnosis and being led through a treatment, I refer it to a virtual reality game experience, in the sense that both are a type of an immersive approach to experience and create new realities. Yet, there is so much more to clinical hypnotherapy than that. Confront and change the things that are holding you back, utilizing neuroplasticity and clinical hypnotherapy. This group hypnotherapy session will include a powerful reframing of limiting beliefs and/or challenges in your present life, as well as a future progression to boost the positive changes.

Breathwork Ceremony
Presenter: Tabitha Kolodziej

Your breath brings oxygen into your body so that you can thrive. When you are physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breathe. Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body. Breathwork may also have a positive impact on your central nervous system. When you feel stressed, your breath tends to become fast and shallow. This limits the oxygen entering your bloodstream. Your brain tells your body that there is a threat, and your body responds in fight or flight. Breathwork can help you reach a deeper state of mind. While in this state, you may be able to access buried emotions, grudges, and traumas, and ultimately release yourself from their grip on your mental state. When you practice, you can move beyond your body and mind, and connect with your core spirit—your Self. In other words, you can remove your ego and connect to your true Self and the Universe. Many people who practice breathwork experience spiritual awakenings or attunements to their inner being.
Disclaimer:
Breathwork has the potential to bring about intense feelings. Because of the strong physical and emotional releases that may arise, it’s not recommended for some people. Talk to your doctor before practicing this type of breathing if you have, or have a history of: cardiovascular disease, angina, heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis recent injury or surgery, any condition for which you take regular medications, history of panic attacks, psychosis, disturbances, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, and/or family history of aneurisms. Breathwork is also not recommended for pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
