Participants will develop a better understanding of the three primary areas of personal leadership development they can apply in all areas of life:

Generating Personal Field - by using evidence-based techniques, participants will learn how to encode coherent field energy onto their heart’s magnetic field.

Articulating Leadership – by applying appropriate vocabulary in their conversations, participants will be able to develop deeper relationships and diffuse stressful situations.

Behaviour and Action – by combining their coherent personal field with the appropriate vocabulary, participants will activate a holistic heart-centred approach to leadership.

Stepping Off the Assembly Line

From the moment you were born you were placed on society’s assembly line of Life; checking off the boxes as you went along living, without even questioning whether it is good for you or not. You trusted that society, along with your family, had your best interest at heart and that you would live out a happy, healthy, successful life. However, what Cara has come to discover, is majority of people eventually feel deflated, constrained and/or stuck living a daily life that doesn’t fulfill them. In this session Cara will share a simple formula to help you start the process of stepping off that assembly line. She will go through the ingredients to help you freely step into living your best life. When you expand your awareness, shift your perspective and take action you step into your freedom and can begin to live your best life. “Life is not outside of you, it is created from within you”. Let’s be Free!

The intention of integrating breathwork is to relieve stress, quickly increase energy & connect to your body. This style is easily applied to everyday life and can be done almost anytime with effects occurring in less than 1 minute. Recommended for beginners, those who have unprocessed trauma or with medical issues.

Witches Magick Circle: Celebrating Mabon

Weaving Soul Magick

It is time to gather by the fire and celebrate as our ancestors did many moons ago. For it is Mabon, the Witches Thanksgiving! A glorious time of celebration and joy, a time to harvest what we have sown and make sacred pledges. Let's honour the deities, perform sacred rituals, and dance by the sacred flame. All are welcome to join this sacred Sabbat, whether you are a seasoned Witch or a curious Muggle who would like to connect with the magickal world. You will experience what it’s like to be in a Witch’s coven through circle casting, banishing rights, sacred ritual work, and spell casting. Blessed Be.

Soul Connection Drumming Circle

Integrative drumming circle is a very interactive class where each attendee is an active participant. We come together and create beautiful rhythms as a community. Several kinds of drums as well as a variety of fun percussion instruments will be supplied. Attendees do not need any musical training or experience – just an open mind and willingness to enjoy what comes.

Learning Tarot can feel a bit overwhelming; I've got some methods that make it feel approachable and so fun. In this quick workshop we'll cover:

 

- Brief explanation of the 4 Minor Arcana suits

- Overview of the Major Arcana

- Some simple spreads and good starting points

- Ways to lean into your intuition

 

In a 90 minute workshop we’ll be more or less skimming the surface of what Tarot really can be. I will offer up some tools, techniques, and approaches that will get you confidently on your Tarot-path with ease, curiosity, and FUN.

Five Elements of Healing

Healing Elements

Introduction to the theory of the Five Elements, the personality types for each element and their extreme emotions. We will learn about the purpose and benefits of our emotions, why they sometimes get stuck and how to release them synergistically to let go of trauma and move forward with a healthy, positive mindset.  The session will conclude with the Five Element Qi Gong series (gentle practice) to settle and balance the emotions.

The moon is much more than a guiding light in the sky, she is filled with mystery, magick and power, and her cycles affect us all. When you work with her natural ebbing and flowing ways, your life will flow with much more ease and grace. During our time together, you will hear folklore teachings, learn how the different phases of the moon impact you, what rituals you can do with each phase and how to harness her magick. This class is meant to be used as a guide for you to integrate these tools into your own practice and beliefs, making them your own.

We, the sacred feminine, have more power than can ever be imagined. In a welcoming space of safety, strength and support there is a magnificent ability to heal and encourage one another. Dreams, wishes, intentions, healing - nothing is impossible in the unconditional support of the circle. 

 

Fall equinox represents duality - where light and darkness, day and night, become equal in length. It’s a time for creating sacred relationship with ALL of who we are, releasing any shame or guilt about past experiences and seeing the light that exists within everything as a union with the dark. Women’s circles provide a community that encourages re-connection to purpose, commitment to action, the strength to see something different and empowerment to make change. For the circle, we’ll need a journal and pen, yoga mat or blanket, open heart and mind, and a willingness to be vulnerable.

 

The equinox theme will be the duality of our nature. Embracing the light and shadow aspects of our personality.

in the Ancient Practice of Yoga Nidra

Our mind holds a power which can be accessed when it's in the receptive hypnogogic state of alpha brain.  It is here we can begin to heal and rewrite the repetitive patterns that hold us from our truest potential.  We will excavate the stories we hold that tell us we are not good enough, not worthy of something, not safe, not free. It is here that your Sankalpa is birthed into fruition.  

Learn what Sankalpa is and how to claim your personal heart vow. We will end by settling in for a Yoga Nidra session.

Sigils are powerful manifestation symbols that can quickly bring you towards your desires. They bypass the conscious mind more firmly implanting your desires into the subconscious mind. In this workshop, you will learn about why sigils work, how to make your own sigil and together we will do a ritual to activate and empower your sigil. You will also learn how to use your sigil in your daily life and what to do with it when it’s manifested.
