but remembering yourself?

Through mindfulness, nervous system education, guided meditation, and compassionate reflection, you'll discover practical tools to quiet your inner critic, reconnect with your Wise Self, and begin living with greater peace, courage, and self-compassion.

Come exactly as you are.

You are not broken.

The Hidden Root Causes of Your Symptoms

Presenters: Ninu Lammens, RN

Womens High Vibe Health

In this practical and eye-opening talk, Ninu Lammens explores why common symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, poor sleep, stubborn weight changes, brain fog, cravings, mood changes, and hormonal symptoms are often not isolated problems, but signs of deeper imbalances in the body. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, Ninu will walk attendees through several of the most common underlying contributors she sees in practice, including gut dysfunction, mineral deficiencies, blood-sugar instability, chronic stress and nervous-system dysregulation, and the way these systems can influence overall health and wellness.

Attendees will learn how seemingly unrelated symptoms can be connected, why standard approaches sometimes fail to uncover the full picture, and what clues the body may be giving us when something feels “off.” The talk will also include simple, realistic strategies attendees can begin using right away to better support digestion, energy, blood sugar, stress resilience, sleep, and overall health. The goal is for attendees to leave with a clearer understanding of how the body works as an interconnected system and a new way of thinking about symptoms: not simply as something to suppress, but as valuable information that can help point toward the underlying cause.

The Inner Compass: Living With Presence When You Don't Know What's Next

Presenter: Elaine Jagielski BSc, MA

What happens when the familiar ways of orienting yourself—your plans, expectations, identities, beliefs, and external measures of success—no longer seem to provide the answers? Presence is often thought of as simply being “in the moment.” However, presence can be much more: a way of becoming sufficiently aware to recognize what is happening within you, around you, and beneath the assumptions that normally guide your life.

You will explore the idea of an “inner compass”—your capacity to orient yourself through uncertainty by becoming more deeply aware of your own experience, values, intuition, and sense of meaning. You will examine how you can distinguish conditioned responses from deeper knowing and begin to trust yourself without requiring absolute certainty.

Participants will be invited to reconsider a fundamental question: What if purpose is not something you find once and for all, but something that becomes clearer as you learn to live more consciously?

Beyond the Mind:

The Body as a Gateway to Presence and Communication

Presence isn’t just mental—the body continually receives cues about safety, relationships, and the moment. Breath, movement, sensation, and physiology shape your ability to stay engaged. If you feel disconnected despite knowing better, your body can still be the doorway back to awareness: don’t escape it—notice it more fully.

Come Back to Yourself:

A Practice of Presence

Presenter: Theresa White

WARRIOR ARTS & Wellness

Life is happening here—not in the moment that has passed or the one that has yet to arrive. This 2-hour Kundalini Yoga workshop is an invitation to step out of the constant movement of the mind and return to the experience of being fully present. Through conscious breath, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation, we’ll cultivate self-awareness to notice where our attention goes—and practice gently bringing it back.

As awareness deepens, we begin to notice what is already here. The breath. The body. The people we love. The ordinary moments we so easily move past. From presence, gratitude becomes more than a thought or practice; it becomes a way of experiencing the life we are already living.

Together, we’ll explore simple ways to carry this awareness beyond the practice and into the rhythms of everyday life.

Come back to the breath. Come back to the moment. Come back to yourself.

Capacity for Life:

The Embodied Practice of Deep Presence

Presenter: Lindsay Mac

Our bodies naturally protect us when life feels overwhelmingby bracing, numbing, disconnecting, or controlling. Over time, those same protections can also limit how deeply we can experience life.

This experiential workshop gently expands our capacity to stay present with sensation, uncertainty, and what’s actually here. Through teaching and guided somatic practices, we’ll explore how past experiences become connected to present feelings—and how to slow that process down with curiosity rather than escape.

Together, we’ll ask: What’s our capacity for pleasure, beauty, awe, and deep presence? And how can we build a safer, more sacred relationship with life—without forcing ourselves beyond our boundaries?

Bring yoga mat, journal and pen.
