Set in the heart of the Foothills, our retreats and events are designed to meet you where ever you are on your wellness journey.
 

This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with self while practicing personal health, spiritual growth and social impact.  Your retreat experience will leave you with a zest to continue your wellness journey and dive deeper within and unlock your inner awareness. The benefits of attending our Retreats are numerous, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved mental clarity, and a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. Each program on our schedule is focused on cultivating and nourishing your body, mind, and soul. We embrace diversity and welcome presenters and participants from all backgrounds and walks of life.

It happens the moment you decide to embark on your journey to connect deeper within. Once you work towards living the life you want, the body and mind follows. It follows with awareness, a new faith in yourself, and it follows with the willingness to connect to your authentic self.

My Story...

For many years I lived through victimhood, feeling broken and resentful. I was unaware of how much power I truly held!  Through my journey of self-work and transformation, it took immense courage and dedication to confront my traumas and change my limiting beliefs and make positive changes in my life. Through awareness, I was able to recognize the need for change. Through stillness, I was able to become aware of my mind and body; immersing myself in a supportive and safe environment to explore my whole body to create change and adopt a growth mindset. This mindset allowed me to seek trauma therapy, attend wellness retreats, regular practice of restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and many other healing modalities. Through my determination, consistency, and resiliency, I have been able to slowly break down those limiting beliefs holding me back. Today, I have a newfound confidence and perseverance to launch a successful business creating wellness retreats to give back to those seeking to tap into their own power and create positive changes.
