Join Todd & Lisa in this sacred space, where you’ll be gently guided through meditation surrounded by a symphony of harmonious sounds. Feel the rhythmic energy of the drum resonate within you, the soothing tones of crystal bowls wash over your spirit, and the grounding vibrations of the gong and chimes bring you to a state of deep relaxation. Allow the nurturing atmosphere to cradle you, inviting profound rest and rejuvenation as you connect with your inner self through the power of sound.

This session includes:
Drum Wash: Feel the rhythmic vibrations wash over you, creating a deep sense of grounding and connection.

Crystal Singing Bowls: Let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls resonate within you, fostering relaxation and emotional release.

Gong Bath: Allow the rich, enveloping sound of the gong to transport you to a state of deep meditation and inner awareness.

Meditation: Engage in guided meditation, enhancing your ability to connect with your inner self and the healing energies around you.

Reiki: Benefit from the gentle and restorative energy of Reiki, which complements the sound healing to further support your healing journey.
Post class you may experience your mind and body settle, you may notice a gentle, lingering sense of presence and clarity, with a grounded, calm, quiet energy that you can carry into daily life.
What to Bring: • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing • A pillow or bolster for support • A blanket for warmth • Optional: your own journal for any post-session reflections.

Note: If you’re new to restorative yoga, come prepared to settle deeply into each pose with the support you need. This class emphasizes ease, sustained stillness, and gentle breath to cultivate lasting calm.

We offer private sound healing sessions: The total price of $111 for 1-6 participants for one hour in our home studio. Please reach out to book your session today.
Refund and Modification Guidelines:
We appreciate your understanding that Foothills Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our refund and modification guidelines are crafted with fairness in mind for both our participants and our business. Passes are transferable to another individual, subject to approval and adjustments by the Foothills Wellness Retreat administration. Should the Foothills Wellness Retreat need to cancel the event, we will extend the choice to participants of either receiving a refund or being credited for an upcoming event. Your flexibility and cooperation in such situations are sincerely appreciated.
