Looking for relief from stress, burnout, anxiety, or chronic fatigue? This class is designed for you. Created to offer a gentle, restorative practice that supports mental clarity, better sleep, and mood regulation through breath, stillness, and meditation.

Join Lisa for this soothing 60-minute session, you’ll gently settle the body and quiet the mind through supported, restorative poses and mindful breath. Restorative yoga invites the nervous system to soften, encouraging deep rest, healing, and balance. The class unfolds in three parts: a settling sequence of breath and restful poses to release tension; a guided meditation to access self-connection; and an extended Shavasana enhanced by crystal singing bowls, allowing healing frequencies to wash over you.

What to Expect

  • A tranquil, supportive practice with minimal effort and ease.

  • Fully supported poses using props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) to release muscular effort and invite effortless expansion.

  • A calm, meditative state of mind cultivated through breath awareness and body sensing.

  • A state of conscious deep rest, promoting restoration on physical, emotional, and cognitive levels.

 

Post class you may experience your mind and body settle, you may notice a gentle, lingering sense of presence and clarity, with a grounded, calm, quiet energy that you can carry into daily life.

 

What to Bring: • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing • A pillow or bolster for  support  • A  blanket for warmth • Optional: your own journal for any post-session reflections.

Note: If you’re new to restorative yoga, come prepared to settle deeply into each pose with the support you need. This class emphasizes ease, sustained stillness, and gentle breath to cultivate lasting calm.

We appreciate your understanding that Foothills Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our refund and modification guidelines are crafted with fairness in mind for both our participants and our business. Passes are transferable to another individual, subject to approval and adjustments by the Foothills Wellness Retreat administration. Should the Foothills Wellness Retreat need to cancel the event, we will extend the choice to participants of either receiving a refund or being credited for an upcoming event. Your flexibility and cooperation in such situations are sincerely appreciated.
