Join Todd and Lisa Moroz, with special guest Gita Grahame of Infinite Rhythms, for a three-hour gathering to honor the year's longest daylight. The word solstice comes from Latin roots—sol (Sun) and sistere (to stand still). At this moment, the Sun’s apparent path across the sky pauses before shifting direction. This event blends ritual and reflection inside a sacred tipi, aiming to raise vibrational energy through sound and to embrace the Summer Solstice energy, guided by the element of fire.

What to expect:

An intimate, grounded space woven into nature
Smudge ceremony to purify the space and set intention
Guided meditation to center mind and body
Drum ceremony centered around the crackling fire in the large cast iron cauldron
Sounds and vibrations of the gongs to amplify the evening’s energy.

The Tipi and its story: Our Brother Fish Ranch Tipi is a traditional canvas structure set on living land. Butch and Debby were gifted the story of this Tipi — with its Blackfoot canvas and Tsuu T'ina bones — and look forward to sharing that story with every guest who gathers there. Inside, we gather around a central fire in a space that is intimate, grounded, and held by nature on all sides. No fluorescent lights. No city noise. Just the crackle of flame, the smell of earth, and a room full of people ready to be present.

We appreciate your understanding that Foothills Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our refund and modification guidelines are crafted with fairness in mind for both our participants and our business. Passes are transferable to another individual, subject to approval and adjustments by the Foothills Wellness Retreat administration. Should the Foothills Wellness Retreat need to cancel the event, we will extend the choice to participants of either receiving a refund or being credited for an upcoming event. Your flexibility and cooperation in such situations are sincerely appreciated.
