The Foothills Wellness Retreat welcomes you to immerse yourself in a full day of wellness. Getaway from your daily routine and spend the day in beautiful Calgary, Alberta. This unique retreat has 11 different presentations to choose from, along with a Wellness Market and was designed with the intention to bring our community together and prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By participating in various wellness activities, retreat-goers can cultivate a sense of inner peace, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Registration available September 20, 2023 to purchase your full day pass. This gives you access to the days' events, Wellness Market, draws and door prize opportunities. The Foothills Wellness Retreat is in support of the Rowan House Society. We will donate $2.50 from our Retreat sales directly to the Rowan House.

We will also collect any items donated from the Rowan House wish list during all of our events.

Calgary Wellness Retreat
What can you expect? A full day event of Wellness with presentations running simultaneously in two rooms - The Bow Valley Room and The Chinook Room. Each room has presentations covering a wide range of topics and interests of spiritual wellness; both mind and body. With our thoughtfully selected schedule and impressive line-up of presenters, this full day retreat will guide you on your own personal journey.

The Wellness Market offers many elements of wellness that encourages well-being to keep our body, mind, and soul in balance. The Market will be available throughout the entire event and will display offerings from presenters, vendors, and wellness practitioners, which compliments the topics covered during the retreat.
Come and enjoy complimentary services, discounted services, and unique products for purchase. Offerings will include; massage, crystals, tarot card readings, and much more.
This wellness market is for retreat participants only.

Once you have purchased your pass, your e-ticket will be sent with all event details, along with a schedule link to customize your own personal retreat experience. Some presentations have a maximum capacity. Book early to ensure you get a spot.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the Foothills Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable (including cancellations due to changes in presenters/events, event availability and due to weather or road conditions). Tickets may be transferred to another person if approved and adjusted by Foothills Wellness Retreat administration. In the event the retreat needs to be cancelled, exceptions will be made and registrants will have the option of a full refund or receive a credit for an upcoming retreat.
