"I recently had the privilege of experiencing the Harmonic Healing Series with Todd and Lisa, and it was nothing short of transformative. The session, which combined meditation with a sound bath and various other healing instruments, offered an incredibly serene and private healing journey. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a calming, peaceful atmosphere that set the tone for the entire experience. The sound bath, with its ethereal tones, gently resonated through my body, helping to release tension and guide me into a deep meditative state. Each sound and vibration seemed perfectly attuned to my needs, creating a sense of balance and alignment within me. The use of other healing instruments throughout the session, such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, further amplified the sense of healing and relaxation. The subtle yet profound effects of the sounds allowed my mind to quiet, while my body felt rejuvenated. It was a rare and sacred space to fully connect with my inner self and surrender to the healing process. What stood out most was the personalized nature of the experience. The session felt uniquely tailored to me, and I felt deeply cared for throughout the journey. It wasn’t just a healing session—it was a sacred opportunity to release, recharge, and reconnect with myself on a profound level. If you're seeking a private, deeply healing experience that combines meditation and sound therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend the Harmonic Healing Series. It’s an extraordinary way to nurture your body, mind, and spirit."

Winter Solstice & Soul Retreat

Rest, Ritual, and Renewal

December 20, 2026

1:00-4:30pm

Self Investment: $77

Join us for A Winter Solstice & Soul Retreat—an enchanting afternoon in the sacred dream lodge (Yurt), nestled in the country, surrounded by nature. As winter settles in and Winters’ energies gather, we’ll honour our ancestors, reconnect with nature’s elements, and make space for the season’s dark turning—an invitation to pause, listen, and awaken your intuition.

Together, we’ll create a solstice intention ritual that you’ll take home designed to help you honour the cycle, and welcome the return of the light in your own way.

Unfold with us through a Sufi Tarot reading with Debbie Rowland. Sufi Tarot is a symbolic, story-based practice that blends intuition, spirit, and self-reflection—guiding you from the head to the heart. Rather than predicting what will happen, each reading becomes a gentle journey inward: a chance to slow down, soften, and discover clarity through your own inner knowing.

Debbie will offer everyone a two-card reading—one card in, one card out. It’s a simple, yet powerful heart-centred pause, to help you reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you’re welcoming in. Then we’ll close with a sound bath by Todd to anchor you deeply into the Earth and into your fullest power.

During an afternoon filled with ritual, intention, connection, and joy, we’ll share warm tea and holiday treats in the spirit of community and celebration.

Come in your comfiest clothes—bring a pillow and blanket—and let’s get cozy.
